Step-by-Step Registration Guide

Create Your Participant Account

Visit the Create Your Account page and fill in your details:

  • Full Name - As per your Aadhaar card
  • Email - Valid email for receiving OTP & notifications
  • Phone / WhatsApp - Your 10-digit mobile number
  • Password - Minimum 6 characters
  • Aadhaar Number - 12-digit Aadhaar card number
  • Gender, Date of Birth, State, Address

Complete the email OTP verification to create your account and receive your Unique USAI ID.

Complete Your Profile & Upload Documents

Sign in and go to My Profile. Upload all 7 required documents:

  • Aadhaar / ID Card
  • DOB Proof - Birth Certificate, School Certificate, or Aadhar
  • Parent NOC - Download the official format from your profile
  • Medical History
  • Fitness Certificate
  • Incident Responsibility
  • Passport Size Photo

Supported formats: JPG, PNG, PDF (Max 5MB each). Documents are locked automatically once all 7 are uploaded.

Buy / Renew Your USAI License

From your Dashboard, open the License page to purchase or renew your annual USAI license.

  • An active license is required to participate in championships
  • Keep your license valid before applying for any event

Apply for the Championship

When a championship is accepting registrations, open your Dashboard and click Apply Now.

  • Select the events / categories you want to participate in
  • Enter your best timing for each selected event
  • The fee will be calculated automatically (registration fee + event fees)

Make the Secure Payment

Review the fee breakdown and complete your payment securely via the Razorpay gateway.

  • Pay using Card, UPI, or NetBanking
  • Your payment is verified instantly and your registration is submitted automatically

Track Your Application

After submission you will receive an instant receipt.

  • Your application will be reviewed by our team (usually within 24 hours)
  • Track the status (Pending / Approved / Rejected) on your Dashboard
  • You will receive email notifications for updates

Your registration will be under review after submission. Our team will verify your payment within 24 hours. You will receive an email notification once your payment is verified and registration is accepted. Please ensure all details are correct to avoid disqualification.

Helpful Tips

Double-check your details - Name, email, phone, and state should match your ID proof exactly.

Upload documents early - Complete all 7 documents in your profile in advance to avoid last-minute delays.

Verification time - Applications are typically reviewed within 24 hours. Check your email for updates.

Check spam folder - If you don't receive the OTP or confirmation email, check your spam/junk folder.

Track on your dashboard - Keep your login details safe and check your Dashboard for your application status.
