Step-by-Step Registration Guide

Accept Terms & Conditions

Read and accept the terms and conditions. Complete the security verification (captcha) to proceed to the registration form.

Fill Personal Details

Enter your personal information accurately:

  • Full Name - As per your ID proof (Aadhar/Passport)
  • Email - Valid email for receiving confirmation
  • Phone - 10-digit mobile number
  • Date of Birth - For age category verification
  • State - As per your Aadhar card address

Upload ID & DOB Proof

Upload clear images of your documents:

  • ID Proof - Aadhar Card or Passport
  • DOB Proof - Birth Certificate, School Certificate, or Aadhar

Supported formats: JPG, PNG, PDF (Max 5MB each)

Select Competition Categories

Choose your age group and select the swimming events you want to participate in. The total fee will be calculated automatically.

Choose UPI Payment Mode

Select UPI payment option. You have two ways to pay:

  • Quick Pay - Click "Pay via UPI App" button to open your UPI app with pre-filled amount
  • Manual Pay - Scan QR code or copy UPI ID and pay manually

Make the Payment

Pay the exact amount shown on screen using any UPI app (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.). After successful payment:

  • Take a screenshot of the payment success page
  • Make sure the transaction ID and amount are visible

Upload Payment Screenshot

Upload the payment success screenshot. The screenshot should clearly show:

  • Transaction ID / UTR Number
  • Amount paid
  • Date and time of payment
  • Beneficiary name (USAI)

Complete Final Verification & Submit

Complete the final security captcha, verify all your details in the confirmation dialog, and submit your registration.

Important Notice

Your registration will be under review after submission. Our team will verify your payment within 24 hours. You will receive an email notification once your payment is verified and registration is accepted. Please ensure all details are correct to avoid disqualification.

Helpful Tips

Double-check your details - Name, email, phone, and state should match your ID proof exactly.

Clear screenshot - Ensure the payment screenshot clearly shows transaction ID and amount.

Verification time - Payment verification typically takes up to 24 hours. Check your email for updates.

Check spam folder - If you don't receive confirmation email, check your spam/junk folder.

Save your receipt - After submission, save your receipt link or QR code for future reference.
