Former Indian international swimmer and national record holder Edna Sharma has built a coaching legacy spanning national champions, Asian Games athletes, and six gold medals at the Egypt Master Federation Cup in finswimming.

Fifty-three swimmers took on 3km and 5km open-water endurance swims at the Great Nigeen Swim 2026 in Srinagar, organised by Swim N Survive Society – Kashmir with the Underwater Sports Association of J&K.

Meet Meeraz Hussain, a decorated finswimming athlete from Assam with medals across six National Finswimming Championships and Federation Cups, plus two international appearances for India in Egypt and Thailand.
